The minister of state for general duties Sarah Opendi has cautioned the youth to be careful about the advice they get from their peers. Opendi was speaking at the launch of SILENCE IS DEADLY a campaign spearheaded by Uganda health marketing group and its partners including one of their implementing partners Reach A Hand Uganda, at Kampala Serena Hotel. It aims at reducing the negative consequences of lack of sexual reproductive services by the youth.
